The Oslo Malaria Conference takes place the Henry Dunant Conference Hall located at Red Cross, Hausmannsgt 7, Oslo.
The conference will focus on "Getting to zero" – INNOVATION THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS TO END MALARIA DEATHS BY 2015. This will only be possible through a significant scale-up of malaria interventions as well as political commitment to provide early access to health service and treatment reaching the whole population.
2011 marks a vital opportunity to review the progress made so far in the fight against malaria and define next steps to reach the relevant Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by 2015. We hope that this conference will contribute to strengthen the ongoing dynamic partnerships that has reduced malaria morbidity and mortality in several countries.
