The deadline for hotel reservations at the conference rate is September 1.
After this date, accommodations will need to be booked directly with the hotel, and room availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
Conference registrations after September 1 will be at the rate of $550 and full payment will be required at the time of registration.
We regret that we will not be able to include those who register after September 1 in the program participants list.
