Colin McInnes, Aberystwyth University (UK) and Simon Rushton, University of Sheffield (UK), International Relations scholars and specialists of global health security will explore questions such as: Should the military intervene in health crises? Can health be used to win “the hearts and minds” during a conflict? How to protect the health sector in civil conflicts?
