The Oslo Group on Global Health Policy at the University of Oslo is now inviting applications for a PhD fellowship on public health policy. The PhD-candidate will be part of the truly collaborative project <Inclusive Evaluation of Public Health Interventions>. The objective of the broader project is to generate new tools and evidence to promote public health interventions that are cost-effective, that generate both health and non-health benefits, and that reduce inequalities. The PhD-candidate will be responsible for the part of the project seeking to identify and assess new ways to bridge the evaluation and implementation of public health interventions in order to promote the implementation of favourably-evaluated interventions. Based on the overarching project protocol, the PhD-candidate will further design and develop the project in partnership with the project team.
The research group is looking for applicants from a wide range of disciplines.
